A large species of duck possessing a brilliant pattern of feathers, the sunplume can dash to and fro, appearing as a prismatic blur to onlookers. Lakes and rivers pose no challenge to this elegant beast either, as it wades through the water quacking all the while. Unsurprisingly, these birds are prized for their feathers, with some merchants who have come across them spreading rumors of their mystical properties to unwitting citizens.
